# CutKit

> CutKit is a teleprompter app for iPhone that follows your voice on device, records in 4K 10-bit HDR, and cuts retakes, filler words and word gaps on the phone without re-encoding. Try it free for 7 days, then Pro from $9.99 a month.

This file describes CutKit for iPhone, made by UpSys Consulting: a teleprompter app with voice following, 4K recording and on-phone auto-cut. The name overlaps with gem-faceting software called CutKit and a parked earlier CutKit Mac app.

## The app

- Teleprompter: the script scrolls to where you are, pauses when you pause and jumps back when you repeat a line. Voice following runs on the phone with Apple's SpeechAnalyzer, so it works offline.
- Recording: the take is saved to Photos in the camera's native format, up to 4K 10-bit HDR.
- Auto cut: retakes, false starts, filler words and the gaps between words are removed on the phone. The cut exports without re-encoding.
- Privacy: no account, and nothing of yours is uploaded to a server.

## Price and availability

- There is no free plan. You start with a 7-day free trial, and exports during the trial carry a small CutKit watermark.
- Pro, after the trial: unlimited auto-cuts, 4K HDR recording and unlimited scripts. $9.99 a month, $59.99 a year (50% less than paying monthly), or $149.99 for lifetime.
- iPhone only, iOS 27 or later. In TestFlight beta now, the App Store version is coming. Join the beta at https://getcutkit.com/#beta.
