The rules for using CutKit.

These terms cover the CutKit iPhone app, getcutkit.com, the scripts API and MCP server, and the AI apps you connect to them. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Your account

An account is optional. If you make one, keep your sign-in, your API key and your email to yourself. You're responsible for what happens through them, including what an AI app you connected does with your scripts. You must be at least 13 to use CutKit.

Your content

Your scripts and recordings are yours. To sync your scripts and show them to the AI apps you connect, we store and send them on your behalf, and only for that. We don't claim any rights to them and we don't use them to train AI models.

Connected AI apps

When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app, it acts for you: it can read, add, change and delete your scripts. Check what it writes before you read it on camera. That app is run by another company under its own terms, and we're not responsible for what it does or says. You can disconnect it any time on the Apps page.

Fair use

Don't use CutKit to break the law, to harm anyone, or to get into anything that isn't yours. Don't overload the API or work around its limits. We may suspend an account or a key that does.

Pro

Pro is a subscription or a one-time purchase. In the app, Apple handles the payment under the App Store's terms, and you manage it in your iPhone's settings. On the web, Stripe handles it, and you manage it on your Pro page. A subscription renews until you cancel, and cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Apple's rules for App Store purchases, and the law where you live for web purchases.

The service

We work hard to keep CutKit running, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will never fail or lose data. Keep your own copy of anything you can't lose. We may change or stop a feature, and if a change affects something you paid for, we'll tell you first.

Liability

As far as the law allows, UpSys LLC isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.

Privacy

The privacy policy says what we keep and how to delete it.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date below. If the change matters, we'll say so in the app's release notes before it takes effect.
